This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath house located right downtown close to everything. It has recently been renovated and is fully furnished. Master bedroom has a new Personal Comfort a queen adjustable mattress with dual zones. A 32" tv, dresser, chair and closet. Second bedroom has new twin day bed with a pullout raising trundle.
This Comfy unit includes cable tv, internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat/air with ceiling fans in living and bedrooms.
Towels and linens are provided as is almost anything you need in the kitchen (minus your food of course)
There is 1 off street parking space included.

Summary: We came in for my husband’s birthday and we were excited to explore Charleston. Dany is very hospitable and knowledgeable about the city and the area. He gave us some excellent places to eat, things to do and see, and best ways to get around since there is very little parking in the city. We really enjoyed having a parking spot at the Comfy Cozy that was off the street.The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. Dany’s sense of taste is amazing and you feel both posh and extremely at home. The house is very clean and has anything and everything you need! Dany’s personal touches with music playing, the fire going, and the snacks and chocolates really make being here wonderful. Dany thank you for having this wonderful piece of paradise and making Jays birthday weekend amazing!
