Summary: This property is in a beautiful town with nice restaurants and cafes and is only a short bus ride to Amalfi. The property is just off the main road through the town and it’s right next to the bus stop. We originally were booked to stay 4 nights but checked out after 2 nights. Check-in was not smooth as the property had not been cleaned. The host said the regular housekeeper was sick. Someone came to do a surface level wipe down of the bathroom but we had to clean the kitchen/living space. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. The host brought us a mattress topper for the 2nd night but it only helped minimally with comfort. The street noise kept us awake at night so we could not sleep much. Honking started around 630am from the bus and noise from scooters/cars. The host was very friendly and did agree to provide us a refund for the 2 nights we had booked but did not stay, which was really appreciated. I hope the host will provide a new bed to maximize guest comfort. There is not much that can be done about street noise but not a good place to stay if traffic noise keeps you awake.
