Clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment with queen size bed. Fully equipped with kitchen and complimentary garage space suitable for vehicles no taller than 71 inches. The property is located on the desirable east side of Milwaukee. Many restaurants, coffee and boutique type shops all in walking distance from the front door. Within close proximity to the lake front of Lake Michigan with Bradford Beach and Henry Maier Festival grounds.

We purchased the building years ago. Our daughter lived in this same apartment while attending college. Later married, moved into a two bedroom units in the building and had our first grandchild while living in the building. This unit was decorated by our daughter and remains a sentimental place for the entire family. The condition and comfort of the residents and guest is important to the owners.
Milwaukee has a beautiful and busy lake front. You can walk to the lake front and rent bikes, roller blades or even a paddle boat. Many of the Milwaukee festivals take place at the Henry Maier Festival grounds, also know as the Summerfest grounds, which is also along the lake front. During the summer the grounds are continuously busy with festivals including Summerfest which is the worlds largest Music festival. On other weekends there are different ethnic festivals. Milwaukee area is a popular place to find street festivals. Great music and food are always part of the festival attraction.
