Lovely cottage home with cozy bedrooms, entire 2nd-fl unit, 3 room suite with private entrance. Approx. 700 sq ft upstairs; another tenant on 1st flr. Drenched sunlight and within steps of the beach, 4 houses or 400 feet from Sandy Beach and Long Island Sound. Newer bath and kitchen remodel. Open concept full kitchen, with refrigerator, Juicer, Keurig, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy strolls along the boardwalk with sunset views. Beach gear, bicycle, scooter, family-fun board games, and Yard games, WiFi & premium cable TV .
2 large flat-screen TVs, premium cable, with HBO, Showtime, and Xbox. 3 AC unit in the apartment for a cooling feeling.
