We are offering our beautiful, basement apartment for your next getaway. This home is located at the mouth of American Fork Canyon with easy free way access. Off street parking for one car in safe neighborhood. There is unlimited parking on the street.
This is a rebuilt/remodeled basement apartment with a private entrance in a beautiful home. All granite counter tops and custom cabinetry with three new mattresses June 2023.
The upstairs of the house is rented full time to a talented family who play the cello and violin. You might hear them practicing in the morning! We offer two box fans for white noise. There is NO ACCESS to the back yard. You are welcome to visit the goats, chickens, turkey and rabbits but please don't remove them from their pens. If you want to use the back yard for an activity, there is an extra charge of $50 per day and it is subject to availability. Message me for more information.
