Large rear yard with patio area for lounging. Charcoal Grill is around back with plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. Footsteps to the beach! Must be 25 yrs of age to rent this property. This property does have a security doorbell at the front door entrance operating 24/7 for security purposes. No motorcycles.

2 bedrooms/1bath, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer in unit, front porch, patio area in the back. pet friendly (1 small pet with pet fee of $150.00. Downstairs unit offers (1) queen in the main bedroom and (1) double in the second bedroom. Beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances and paint. TV service with Sling TV, does not have cable service. WiFi service is included.
