This includes all sheets, quilts, quilt covers, and towels—everything you need for a stress-free stay. You'll just need to bring your thongs and beach towel!
GROUND FLOOR:
• Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed with private en-suite, ducted heating and cooling and a ceiling fan, large wardrobe space with hanging space, a private deck with covered seating area overlooking a coastal garden nestled into the base of adjacent heritage-listed sand dunes—perfect for a peaceful morning coffee, reading a book, or an afternoon cocktail!
• Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, air conditioning, roller blinds with operable fly screen windows and plenty of natural light.
• Bedroom 3: Ideal for kids or teens, featuring a bunk bed and roll out trundle (via request), roller blind, wardrobe storage, desk, and cozy play nook. Portable cot available via request.
• Bathroom 1: Generous main bathroom with large shower (perfect for washing small kids) and toilet.
• Bathroom 2: Private en-suite connected to Bedroom 1 with shower, mirror and toilet .
• Covered carport parking. Boat parking available via request.
SECOND FLOOR:
• Living & Dining Area: A bright, coastal-inspired lounge with high ceilings, flowing effortlessly into a spacious deck through large timber bi-fold doors.
• Outdoor timber deck: Relax and enjoy outdoor dining with seating for 6, a Weber BBQ, and all-weather coverage—perfect for morning or evening meals while overlooking the sand dunes and wildlife below. The dunes offer excellent shelter from the afternoon seabreezes, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak in those breathtaking sunsets.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, and essential appliances, plus a POD coffee machine! Basic pantry staples are also provided in case you've left something behind.
• Bathroom 3: toilet, basin and mirror.
• Laundry: large sink, front loader washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, board games and cleaning items.
OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY:
• Exclusive access to two swimming pools, including one perfectly suited for young kids. Toilet, changing and BBQ facilities.
• Beach access via a private boardwalk away from the summer crowds.
• Large lush grassy areas with large shade trees and well-maintained garden areas spaces for outdoor play, including swings, BBQ facilities, a basketball hoop, bike track, and a playground—all surrounded by well-maintained garden areas.
