Nestled in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains at a height of 3,500 feet is the award winning active adult resort community, and our beautiful home in Saddlebrooke. Our community will motivate you to participate in the 150+ clubs and activities available including 63 holes of golf, tennis, bocce ball, pickle-ball, fitness center with a full schedule of classes, swim in the lap pool or just relax at the pool.
Our 2800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath single story Galleria model home has a bright, open spacious floor plan, filled with natural light. There are high ceilings, large windows with plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout the entire house. We are located on a quiet street conveniently located near one of the 3 clubhouses, recreation center, fitness center and the mini mart.
Large, bright island kitchen, fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and appliances (2 coffee pots, tea pot, blender, toaster oven, crock pot), cabinet and draw space galore, walk-in pantry and a built in desk. Large floor to ceiling bay-windows & eat-in area while viewing the Catalina's opens to the Family Room w/ full wall of built-in bookcases and windows, games (scrabble, monopoly, dominoes, chess, jenga) 65” 4K OLED flat screen TV, windows and sliding glass doors leading to the covered private back patio with a natural gas grill for your enjoyment.
Incredibly spacious master suite has a king-sized bed, sitting area, TV, his & her walk-in closets, it’s own private bath with dual sinks, medicine chests, linen closet, walk-in shower (with built-in seat and easy access bar) and a separate garden tub. The master suite sliding doors lead to the private, covered back patio to an incredible east view of the majestic Catalina's. Relax and watch the mountains turn pink!
Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, two dressers, closet and TV.
Guest bath adjacent to guest room for privacy with a solar sky light gently lights the room in the morning and throughout the house.
There is a gated entrance to the front of the house leading into the entry way and spacious living room, nicely furnished and shares space with dining area with table. A beautiful mirrored bar, with separate sink and cabinet, stocked with locally made margarita glasses and wine glasses of your choice.
Powder room is located convenient to the Living and Family Room.

Three car garage w/ built-in storage, work sink, brand new epoxy coated floor that never gets hot.
Mature trees, fun cactus, fruit trees when in season, persimmons and beautifully landscaped.
For a $10 fee/per person renters card will allow guests the same access as a resident to Saddlebrooke HOA1, HOA2 and the nearby SaddleBrooke Ranch community to enjoy golf, Clubhouses, Tennis Courts, Swimming Pools, Restaurants, 480-Seat Theater, Arts & Crafts, Fitness Centers, Libraries, Billiards Hall, Softball Field, Pickle-ball Courts, Bocce Ball Courts.
Visit the many local attractions in the area just to name a few, Mount Lemmon, Desert Sonora Museum, Sabino Canyon, Botanical Gardens, Kartchner Caverns, Biosphere2, Kitt Peak National Observatory, Old Tucson and hike Mt. Lemmon or any of the other nearby trails. Once a year the Gem show and Rodeo come to Tuscon.
