The Speakeasy Cottage is located one hour north of San Francisco nestled on a 20 acre private ranch off of Scenic Hwy 12 in Kenwood, CA. Our late Aunt Sally Stanford purchased the ranch in 1961 as a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of San Francisco. She was San Franciscos's most famous Madame and Sausalito's former Mayor. We named this rental 'Speakeasy Cottage' as a tribute to her illustrious career.
The cottage is located right in the heart of Sonoma County wine country in an area that is well known as the Valley of the Moon.
We are registered with the county and our Transient Occupany Tax Number is # 1096N.
