Negative: It is with great regret that I am writing to make an official complaint about my recent stay in your condo #2632 • In-room amenities weren’t working or not up to date. Hot tub worked Friday night but when we turned the jets on a glob of hair came out. Saturday the water was lukewarm so we couldn’t use it. Please consider installing Smart TVs. None of the tvs were Smart Tv (which aren’t expensive). The channels that were available weren’t worth watching. Also the showers were lukewarm Friday night. • The second bedroom with the 2 beds was very noisy because of the elevator equipment on the other side of the wall next to the heads of our bed. So restless night for the guest in there. • We were there Friday through Sunday and asked for clean towels. We never received clean towels. There isn’t any information stating that the towel service would not available to us. • I was interested in doing a late checkout. So I reached out by text message and was informed that someone would contact me with that information. No one ever contacted me. I never received anything related to a Late Checkout. Seems the communication between renter and those that expedite any interactions between renter and resort owner is not viable. None of my request were acknowledged.
Summary: I wish it could’ve been more relaxing!
