Positive: Chula Beach Resort is a Hotel with only 6 spacious rooms, every room facing the beach. We had a fantastic room (No.1) on the ground floor with a spectacular seaview right from the bed and a private elevated little beach in front of our room. There is a choice of 3 types of breakfast, of which the "chula special" is really a very good full 3 course meal! The staff is lovely and helpful but unfortunately hardly understand the english language. Opposite the Hotel there is a minimarket which doubles as a bar and a few steps further we found a good noodle and seafood Restaurant with very reasonable prices. Although we had a few stormy and rainy days it did not matter at all, because it was cozy watching netflix and looking out at the sea and the beach. We can only recommend this place, especially if you are lucky enough to get room No.1!
Negative: The staff could hardly speak any English The Restaurant has no walls and is therefore very exposed to bad weather
