The space
We are the perfect space for both small or larger groups, with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
This is a great location to either unwind and getaway, to explore Joshua Tree National Park, or to have some fun in nearby Palm Springs. We’ve created a really cool quirky space and our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning in our fully stocked kitchen, to creating memories in our game room or unwinding in the evening with a dip in the pool.
All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.
**SAFETY NOTE**
Pool: No diving, no running, no lifeguards on duty. Pool depth is about 3-6 feet. Traveling with children?..please use an abundance of caution around pool area and know that you are responsible for water safety with your children.
Doors have sensors on them, which you can/should switch to On if visiting with children. There are 4 sliding doors that lead to the back of the home that have the sensors. Pool can be heated upon request for a small fee.
*NOISE REGULATIONS DIRECTLY FROM CITY’S LAWS AND APPLIES TO ALL OF YUCCA VALLEY*:
“No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any short-term vacation rental unit between the hours of 8:00 P.M. and 10:00 A.M.
1. It is unlawful for any owner, renter, occupant or quest located at a short-term residential rental unit to make, cause to be made, or allow to be made any loud, excessive, impulsive, or intrusive noise that disturbs the peace or quiet or that causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitives in the area. Such types of noises or actions causing noises include, but are not limited to, yelling, shouting, hooting, whistling, singing, playing a musical instrument, emitting or transmitting any loud music or noise from any mechanical or electrical sound making or sound amplifying device, and the habitual barking, howling or crowing of animals.”

- Joshua Tree National Park - we are less than 20 minutes from the main Visitor Center
- Palm Springs - 30 minutes from the heart of PS
- Hi-Desert Nature Museum - 10 minutes away
- Crossroads - Awesome diner with tons of delicious Vegan and vegetarian options
Across the street is "The Country Kitchen" which Bourdain visited 10 years ago. Another greasy spoon + Cambodian food.
- Pappy and Harriets - historic must visit live music venue and restaurant (we suggest making reservations weeks ahead, especially for large groups.)
- Organic Market in Yucca Valley - delicious lunch, snacks, home baked goods.
- Frontier Coffee - coffee shop with good breakfast/lunch as well. Across the street from an awesome antique store.
A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although we love animals, unfortunately, we are we are sorry to report that we cannot accept any pets in the vacation home. We have many guests who come to visit that are allergic to either dogs or cats so we cannot make exceptions.
For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
