This charming home has a newly renovated bathroom, three bedrooms, a nice, modern kitchen and dining room. Read a book on the spacious window seat in the living room. The house has comfortable beds and high thread count bedding. It is a five minute walk to Bidwell Park, downtown cafes, bars, City Plaza, and the Thursday night and Saturday morning Farmer's Markets.
