The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital code. Step inside the foyer; the half bathroom is to the left, the family room with a sectional couch is to the right, and if you continue straight through, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen. Left of the kitchen is the living room with two chairs, a TV, and a queen-size sofa bed. Off the kitchen to the right is the dining room.
All four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed, two rooms have queen beds, and the last has a bunk bed.
We hope you find some time to enjoy our outdoor space! A patio with furniture, a gas grill, and a gas firepit are available for your use!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located on a golf course in Knollwood, conveniently located from dining and shopping. We are only 10 minutes from Notre Dame, 20 minutes from the Potawatomi Zoo, and 30 minutes from St. Joseph's Beach!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
