TOWNHOUSE IN GARGNANO
The charming Italian townhouse with lake and mountain views is a landmark. It is situated in the center of GARGNANO, close to the lake promenade and the small harbor. 100 square meters on 5 floors offer relaxing holidays with family, children, and friends. The house was rebuilt in 2002 and completely renovated in 2014. Parts of the house date back to the 17th century. The house is situated a few steps from the small harbor, the promenade, and the beach of GARGNANO. Despite its central position, it is rather idyllic in spring, autumn, and winter. In summer you can hear more of Italian life. It is located on a small street in the center of the village at the lake. Idyllic, but it also hears the sounds of daily life, the rubbish collection, the chatter and singing of the neighbors, the church tower clock, and the birds. The best thing about this house is the feeling of being in the middle of Italy.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside on a bench by the lake. The house is for non-smokers only. Since the pandemic, it is not allowed to sit on the street in front of the house.
The towns and hinterland of Gargnano are part of the famous Parco Alto Garda Bresciana. In Gargnano the lake has the character of the sea. There seems to be no horizon. It has such a dazzling light and the view is breathtaking.
ROOMS | FURNISHINGS
Downstairs in the kitchen, there is a dining table for 6. Additional outdoor seating for 4 (folding chairs, folding table). On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, 5 chairs, a bench, a sofa and a balcony. On the third floor, there are 3 bedrooms - each for 2 people. Two of the bedrooms have shower + WC, the studio has a (third) WC. In total: there 6 beds and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Lovely places to have breakfast read the newspaper, or watch the world go by from the balcony or promenade.
The centrally heated house offers year-round accommodation. Mountain panoramas, lake views, friendly neighbors, nearby shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes give you a taste of Italian life without the hustle and bustle in dreamy Gargnano on Lake Garda. Nearby there is a beautiful free beach with lawn under olive trees, with surfing and sailing school, bar and restaurant. There is golf and tennis in Bogliaco, horse riding in Gaino, beautiful walks... ... and every day breathtaking views of the lake and mountains!

We ask you to treat the house and its contents with care. Please leave any small losses (glasses, plates) for the next guests. There is an excellent shop in Gargnano, Via Roma, where you can find everything - nails, crockery, paint, parmesan grater...!
