Our free parking can fit up to 2 cars. If you need more space, there is plenty of room to park on the street.
Nobody is allowed to park in the neighbor's parking space.

2. Purrfectly Clean: Experience a pet-free, immaculate home. Sorry! We cannot accommodate pets to maintain a pet-free environment for all guests. Unless proof of being a service pet is provided. Due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. We will cancel your booking and delete your passcode if you bring any no authorized pets.
3. Fresh air haven: Embrace our no-smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and the like policy.
4. To consider neighborhood harmony, please keep noise levels to a considerate minimum. Respectful quiet hours ensure tranquil evenings: keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Our check-out time is 11:00am. Our late check-out fee is $50 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance, and we will see if we can accommodate it.
Before leaving the premises, kindly ensure that you haven't left any belongings behind, as our team cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items.
