Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Keyless entry is always good. Good overall layout with access to BBQ which we really enjoyed. Plenty of sleeping accommodations. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. A nearby market/grocery store was a plus.
Negative: I had to request the access code to enter the property several times. We had to contact the company, various hosts, etc. and had to to wait on the front porch for 45 minutes before we would gain access. I had sent MANY emails prior to our arrival regarding early check-in and about the high $$ cleaning deposit. The toilet in the main bath was also leaking water which we had to constantly address during our stay. We left the property very clean, followed all of the check out procedures, stripped beds, took the garbage and recycling to the curb, made sure the dishes were washed and stored. In light of everything that we did, the cleaning fee seems exorbitant. With consideration also given to the delayed check-in (after driving 3.50 hours) I would appreciate a refund for part if not all of the cleaning fee.
Summary: Great Location - some management process improvements needed.
