Only 20 min. walking distance to Hobro town, 1 km to shopping, 500 m to golf course, good fishing opportunities in the fjord. The house contains a living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and entrance hall. The two rooms are furnished with - 1 with a double bed and 1 with two wide bunk beds. In the loft there are 2 single beds and in the annex there is a double bed and a cot. In the kitchen, there is plenty of china, dishes and pots. There is a dining area for 8 people, extra chairs are in the bedroom, there is a TV, you must have or download googlehome to watch TV from your phone, DABradio and bluetooth speakers.
The annex contains 1 room and toilet and bath.
The terrace goes around the entire house and makes outdoor living with a view of the fjord something special. There is a garden table on the terrace, sun loungers and a barbecue. Look forward to warm summer days here.
Hobro town is a 20 minutes walk away along the beach. There are nature trails in the fjord landscape and you can swim in the fjord. Hobro Golf course is 500 m from the house and the area is great for mountain biking. Cycle route 32 and Hærvejen are very close. Fishing from the beach in the fjord is permitted with a fishing license, fishing in Glenstrup Lake from a boat can be arranged through the Hobro Sports Fishing Association, where there is contact information for the boat hire, Volstrup fishing lake - Put and Take - paid at the entrance to the lake.
