At the heart of the Landes de Gascogne National Park, between forest and ocean, this charming house is located in the center of a small village called Lue.
A beautiful family home, built in 1908 and renovated little by little since 2013, always respecting and highlighting the noble materials used in the building.
It is located on a plot of 2500 m2 and is surrounded by greenery and beautiful country houses.
The house consists on the ground floor of a large bright living room of more than 50 square meters with fireplace a dining room and a burea, a fully equipped independent kitchen with exit to the outdoor terrace, an entrance hall, a hall bathroom with toilet, another toilet and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
There is a small plastic pool for children and why not the big ones. It is 3 meters in diameter by 70 cm high.
Ideally located for those who love the quiet of the countryside but would also like the opportunity to walk around town or go to the beach for the day. The house is close to the A63 motorway and therefore very easy to access, just 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Mimizan and Biscarosse, 40 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon and the dune Pyla, 1 hour from the Basque Coast, 1 hour and a half from the Spanish Basque Country among others.
The nearest town is Labouheyre (A63 motorway exit number 16) 5 minutes drive where you will find the nearest train station, a petrol station and all basic shops for your stay.
