The apartment is located right in the center of the ancient Renaissance village of Rio nell'Elba, a stone's throw from the main square, close to all the services and premises of the village, while still being in a very quiet street.

Upon entering, there is a large living room, with mezzanine with exposed beams, with a sofa bed (double) and one
