You’ll have a fully fenced yard, a kitchen stocked with essentials, and space to relax after a hard day of playing.
This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house was built in the 1920s and offers a taste of the simple, rural lifestyle that gives Richland its unique charm. This is a wonderful little ranch home that was built in the 1920s and has been used for ranch hand living for many years. The recent decision to convert it to vacation rental means that it is in the midst of being updated. It is definitely a few rungs above “roughing it”, but it is still rough around the edges in a few ways. It has all the essentials and most creature comforts and we will be adding other amenities over time.
