Step outside to hear the fountain running in the oversized courtyard or take a stroll to the beach. Bike paths wind throughout the community and your stay includes 2 bike rentals (for up to 1 week). This community has 4 stunning pools, several parks and plenty of greenspace. The Sky Pool, which is an enclosed, heated pool is a short walk away. Summary: When we arrived, I could tell by the condition of the stairs that we were in for some surprise’s. Rosemary Beach, as a whole, it’s nice but it’s also filled with teenagers(no parents) and so much traffic. You can’t fully enjoy the bikes, because the tires are flat, but we aired them up. However, my 9 year old was not big enough to partake, but if she was the sheer number of cars and other people on bikes would make it impossible. The neighbors to this property, they have frat parties, with copious amounts of alcohol and bongos- so beware. If you are a small family- beware. If you worry about mold or water damage- beware. The price doesn’t match the quality.
