It features an extra-large driveway, 2 comfortable bedrooms (queen/ queen), pull-out sofa bed in spacious living room (queen), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, and enclosed lanai (with A/C) overlooking the fun, outdoor seating area with gazebo and outdoor lighting, and views of the large and tropical backyard! We have air conditioning, heat, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.
We are nestled on a large lot with access to deep-water canal and BOAT SLIP (only 4 lots away and room to store your trailer) a few hundred yards from the intracoastal waterway, world class fishing, and breathtaking gulf coast beaches! Beautiful backyard with lots of space, enclosed lanai, and outdoor seating area. Stump Pass and Gulf water boat launch access are less than a mile away. The private and enclosed lanai is air-conditioned and the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining both day and night with comfortable furniture, ample space and seating, ceiling fan, and the outdoor seating area with covered gazebo has a fun tiki-feel with mature palms, outdoor lighting, and ambiance.
The fully stocked kitchen with island and eat-in area will make you feel right at home. We provide everything you should need and feature new appliances including: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/range! For your convenience we supply dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and bath towels/ kitchen towels/ and beach towels. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry soap are also provided to help get you started.
