Cozy apartment of 45m2 completely renovated in an old building and in a quiet area, on the 3rd floor (elevator), with private underground parking + 18m2 terrace facing south-south west with beautiful view of the port, designed to accommodate 4 people .
Cleaning fees are included in the rental price.
SNCF train station 15 mins walk, the city center is 10 mins walk and the path to get there runs along the port, which makes the journey very pleasant.
2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (new bedding dimensions 1.50 x 1.90) and the second with 2 comfortable bunk beds (new bedding). The rooms overlook the passageway. They are equipped with spacious storage cupboards. The bed in the master bedroom is made upon arrival, for the bedroom with bunk beds, sheets are placed on the beds. Linen is provided, sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths and place mats, and cleaning is included in the rental price.
A large living room with kitchen and central island. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, citrus press, toaster.
Facing the kitchen, a dining area and a living room with library with access to the large terrace (one step). The bathroom is modern with Italian shower and full of natural light.
The terrace is very spacious with its built-in barbecue and plancha. The view is magnificent, on the .port and the sea. South southwest exposure.
Parking in the basement, with direct access to the elevator. Wireless.
L'Ametlla is a place of charm and authenticity. the marina is 50 meters from the apartment. The coastal paths are very close to the apartment and give access to several beaches and coves.
The Ametlla de Mar is half an hour by car from Port Aventura, an ideal amusement park for the whole family. It is also half an hour by car from Delta del Ebro, a natural park known throughout Europe. The hinterland is magnificent, on the banks of the Ebro, the mountain (Terra Alta). Visit Tarragona and Reus nearby, half an hour by car or train.
