Williams Bay is waiting for you at this delightful, 3500sf, 3-bedroom guest house on a lakefront estate property. This unique rental includes a private path wide enough for a golf cart that leads to a private pier and buoy to moor a boat. This newly remodeled house features a split plan.
One side of the house features a main kitchen/dining/ living room area with high-end appliances, a hickory ceiling, a laundry room, a 1/2 bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, and a large master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath on the second floor. The other side of the house has a separate entrance, hallway and mudroom area that leads to an upper-level kitchenette, living room, and game room with two day beds and a large bedroom. The bedroom has two king beds and a full private bath with a Carrera tile shower and soaking tub. That side of the house also has a 1/2 bath. New patio furniture has been purchased to fill the large, shaded outdoor patio space and fire pit area. The attached garage is over 2,000 sf.
