This is a ground floor condo located off of Peachland and Forrest Nelson in Port Charlotte.
There is 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bathroom has a Brand New walk in shower all tiled. Also the master bedroom has a Queen bed. There is an additional extra twin bed in guest bedroom. There is a screened in porch that can also use as a back entry from the parking lot. There is a private key mail box and also a heated Pool that is for any guests in the Bimini bay Condos .
The condo has been fully updated. All bathrooms and kitchen has BRAND NEW KITCHEN CABINETS , There is also Brand new granite countertop and tiled master shower. The Roof on condo complex is brand new and the AC and Heat is also brand new. THere is no pets allowed due to strict rules of the HoA. .
There is a community heated Pool that you will have access to use while you are here.
