Located at the gateway to the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, between the Plomb du Cantal and the Truyère Gorges, this fully renovated 18th-century character house, adjoining the town hall, welcomes you to a small mid-mountain village along the D990.
This region offers many sites to explore: the towns of Pierrefort and Saint-Flour, the thermal spa of Chaudes-Aigues, the Garabit viaduct, the Plomb du Cantal, and the Brezons Valley with its numerous waterfalls.
You can also enjoy hiking and mountain biking in the Cantal mountains, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing (Prat de Bouc ski resort and cross-country ski center nearby), fishing, swimming, and water sports on the Laussac Peninsula, 13 km away. This cottage benefits from an enclosed courtyard at the front and a semi-enclosed 1500 m² plot of land at the rear. In the basement, you will have a storage room for bicycles and motorcycles.
