Positive: The deck was my favorite place to be!
Negative: A few small details could make the house so much more comfortable....such as curved shower curtain rods so that the curtain doesn't stick to you while you are showering, mount the TV's on the wall instead of jerry rigging shelves attached to the TV stand and placed on top of chests that aren't wide enough, functional TV's in each bedroom, replace the mattresses on the beds (they are horribly uncomfortable), make sure the bed linens are fresh and clean instead of smelling like they haven't been washed in a year and when we moved the coffee table to pull out the sofa bed one of the legs came off of it and it was very difficult to replace it because the table is so heavy.
Summary: If not for the amazing deck, I would have been completely disappointed in this house.
