4 Bedroom Ski Chalet with Bedding, Kitchen and Laundry

Recently renovated 4 bedroom (plus mezzanine) barn style chalet sleeping up to 10 people. The chalet is situated within a 10 minute walk to the centre of Saint Jean d’Aulps (only a 10 minute drive to Morzine) and also within a 10 minute drive to the nearest cable car. The chalet has a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen that includes a large dining table that can seat 8/10. Small open plan office space off the kitchen area that includes a TV with French channels. The open plan lounge includes two sofas and arm chair sofas (one large L shared and one sofa bed), wood burner, large flat screen TV with Sky Sports. There is 1 double room with its own ensuite bathroom including a Scandinavian style wooden bath. The 2nd double room includes a double bed plus a small pull out single sofa bed with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom includes a set of bunk beds plus a mezzanine with full size double bed. The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor of the chalet and includes two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). There is an additional communal bathroom leading off the kitchen with large shower plus a separate toilet. The chalet is child friendly and includes a cot and changing table. There is a large terrace with canopy and outdoor table and chairs. There are stairs down into the garden from the terrace that has a small above ground swimming pool, trampoline (not shown in photos) picnic bench plus large gas BBQ. Covered parking for two cars plus additional off street parking if required.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We need to make you aware that we have two house trained cats that will be staying in the chalet and will just need feeding once a day (cat biscuits will be provided).
