Positive: Location was really good, only a short walk to the lift.
Negative: The property experience was very disappointing given the price charged. 1) Arrival: the booking communication was in English but once arrived, the provided contact could only speak German so we struggled getting any information. There could have been some warning about that. No one came to explain to us anything about the house, and the welcome brochure was mostly about sorting trash. The fridge/freezer wasn’t turned on, the rooms were cold. 2) Outdated facilities: The light in the hallway didn't work, we had to use flashlights. The dining room chairs were peeling off. The kitchen was well equipped well but teflon pans heavily scratched, white plastic cutting board turned yellow and smelled by curry. The worst was the garden house serving as a ski room -it had the heating only working in the afternoon and so the ski boots were frozen in the morning. The provided towels had a moldy odor. We had to clean the fireplace before using it as it was full of ashes from someone else and there was also no manual. 3) Some small touches at limited cost would make the place more cozy and customer friendly. For example, providing hand soap and dish soap, salt&pepper, couple of board games, blanket in the living room. For example, there are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms in the house, but you have to bring your own handsoap so you end up using just one anyway.
