In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking, single garage. Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 300 m, railway station "Sion" 16.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 400 m, ski bus stop 300 m.
