Immersed in the green countryside of Florence, Villa Berni is located by the Certosa highway exit, 5 minutes away, in a strategic position to visit the wonderful hills of Tuscany!
This 16th century Florentine villa has been lovingly and elegantly restored with traditional taste and contemporary comfort.
The four fireplaces, terracotta floors and antique furnishings compliment the history of the villa, while the luxurious linens, modern bathrooms and air conditioning create a relaxing elegance in this tranquil country setting. Amenities also include WIFI Adsl internet, satellite TV, and his private historic Florentine garden.
With (6) bedrooms and (5) bathrooms, the 240 sqM Villa Berni can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people (2 of the 6 bedrooms can easely arranged as triple).
On the ground floor there is a well equipped Kitchen, a big living room, a dining room, a laundry, a double bedroom suitable for person who has mobility issues, a library room and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are four bedrooms with two bathrooms and on the third floor there is the tower of the villa with a bedroom and its private bathroom.
