The Space:

Front/side yard has plenty of space for all your toys bring your RV and boat.
Guest Access:
Full access to main house NOT Apartment unit on the east side of house. You have your own private driveway and the unattached apartment unit has it’s own private driveway and entrance. Apartment entrance is the east side of the home with the WELCOME sign on the fence. Backyard is completely fenced with a 6ft fence which separates the two apartment and home have your own backyard
Also, please note the Apartment tenant will have to throw their trash in the same trash, respectable as the house tenants which are located on the west side of the house

A $100 fee will be applied if housekeeping is required to dispose of your trash. Trash bins are shared with the apartment and are located in front of the fence on the east side of the property.
One full set of towels per person per day is provided.
