Positive: The house is bright and clean as indicated in the pictures. Access was very easy via lockbox. Kitchen is excellently supplied. House has record player with cool retro LPs. House has a 'personality' with the music-themed posters. Piano is playable though not performance level. Live plants give the house a sense of vitality. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. House has off street parking for 2 cars. Location is about 20 mins pleasant drive to Denver. House quite close to great Stanley Marketplace in Aurora. Host/rep provided thorough up front info and responded to questions in timely manner.
Negative: This is a very 'hands off' kind of place within minimal communication with the host/rental rep. If you want total privacy, this is ideal. If you're looking for a more personal experience, you might feel a bit isolated. Your preference!
