Newly renovated main unit of the house, brand new bedding, everything barely used. Plenty of free parking spaces. 5 minute drive to Ladner town, 5 minute drive to the recently built Cascade casino, 10 minutes to Tsawwassen Mills outlet mall, 15 minutes to Tsawwassen ferry terminal where you can catch a ferry to Victoria, and Gulf islands. Around 15 to 30 minutes drive from CYVR and McArthur Glen Designer outlet. Around 20 to 40 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver depending on the time of the day. 15 minute drive to Point Roberts WA which is a pene-enclave bellow 49 parallel takes you to 1950s. 25 minutes drive to Vancouver whale watching in Steveston village, Richmond.
