Summary: Good sunny property suitable for families or groups, with fully equipped kitchen and 3 toilets and comfortable beds. However, it was very dirty, visible dirt on carpets, Bathroom /toilet doors had yellow urine splash stains around handles; toilet brush and holder had poo and urine on it; appliances had handprints; lamps had blown globes: a doona had a large yellow stain. It was very cold with no extra blankets provided. The electric blanket provided was thrown into top of cupboard so not game to use; the split systems could not be used as their compressors are on the roof above the bedrooms and vibrated through the walls plus made a dull noise. Even next doors unit when used throughout each night carried a sound and vibration through into our bedrooms which kept us awake. Soaps were old and broken into pieces. No TV in upstairs bedrooms. The whole apartment is old and needs a good paint and carpets professionally cleaned, and replace upstairs curtain systems as faulty.
