• THE SITTING ROOM: includes a twin daybed (OPEN SPACE – no doors), a wine cart, and board games.
• Location is in a desirable Centennial neighborhood.
NOTE: This house is unsuited for anyone with mobility or steps/climb problems. Approximately 17 steps from the garage driveway to the front door, and has a handrail on the inner side of the steps. The main floor of the downstairs has 13 steps and has one handrail along the wall.

• We do have many items for children to make it convenient and feel like home for your travel with children. The house is not childproof. If deemed unsafe, do not use it and report it to us for re-inspection.
