Positive: This 2 rooms flat is equipped in all we needed for our 7 days stay. It is situated just by the main street/bus stop so we easily reached it from Burgas airport by bus (bus no 10). Placed on 4th floor but there is a lift. We used kitchen which is well equipped: plates, pots, coffee maker, etc. The big advantage of the apartment was very efficient and extremely silent air condition in both rooms. There is a supermarket downstairs and bakery on the other side of the street but we do recommend doing essential grocery shopping in T-Market or Janet which are based in Nessebyr (greater choice/much better prices). The apartment is situated just between Nessebyr and Sunny Beach and in 5 min distance to a very nice (not too crowded) beach - Cacao Beach - which we truly enjoyed. Some bistro/restaurants nearby, too, but our favorite ones are in Nessebyr and Old Nessebyr. It takes a while to get there by feet but you can always take a bus (no 2, 5, 8, 10 ) to get there quickly for 2 lv/per person only. The same applies to Sunny Beach or Sveti Vlas/Elenite (3 lv). At least but not last we must emphasize a very good contact with Lana who stayed in touch with us prior our arrival and was extremely helpful with all issues/questions we approached her with during our stay
Negative: Please mind the flat is situated by the main street and car noise is something you need to live with. From the other side it takes up to 2 min to get on the bus stop to catch your bus to lots of destinations. It was our choice as we preferred this to noise in the center/promenade of Sunny Beach each night. Our flat seemed so peaceful when we returned one evening from Sunny Beach :)
