Positive: EZ to get to beach. Cleaning people did a great job on the inside. Great decor.
Negative: Garbage around property. Foot wash faucet not working. Outdoor shower area not working, we were looking forward to outside shower. Green algae in hose area slippery & not safe. We brushed area. Algae around pool rim. We clean that too. So much more lacking. Cockroaches everywhere. Vacasa agency, which does maintenance on property, were not responsive when we contacted them to pick up previous tenants dirty laundry or to respond about the bugs. High sand dunes block the view of the shore line from any deck area.
Summary: Not the high end experience we expected for $11k.
