This spacious and diaphanous apartment is decorated with an exquisite elegance and taste, offering a space of comfort from which to get to know the city. It is located on Ronda Street, one of the 7 streets that gave rise to the city of Bilbao, so you can also experience history from first hand.
The house is located on the first floor of what was the Teatro de la Calle Ronda. First example of theatrical architecture in the Bilbao of 1800, designed by the architect Alexo de Miranda. In 1798 the royal orders were published by which permission was granted for the erection in this town of a Theatre for the performance of Comedies. In them the king authorized the mayor for the choice of a well-to-do place and also to direct everything concerning the theatre factory and its organization. Nowadays it retains from its origin the loss of ashlar both in facade and in its interior, the floors of much of the house in wood of pinotea of great width and the arches and trellises of the staircase and patio. In front of the building is also one of the only remaining walls of the old town of Bilbao.

Although we do not currently have parking ( the old town is a pedestrian zone ) you have near the parking lot of the sand and the street parking dance. metro, tram bus and taxi stand are less than 5 minutes from the apartment an excellent communication , although I invite you to discover Bilbao on foot , is the best way to do it , walk and enjoy this city reborn from an industrial era.
