Positive: The house is so big and the beds are big and confortable
Negative: It's a very cold house, there is no warmer and the kitchen is kind of useless missing details like lighter to turn on the stove, oil, salt, pepper, coffee that for the owner mean nothing and for tourist who just stay 2 days buying one pot of each is a waste of food and money. You MUST have a car for this place, we had it and is well communicated by private transport to Pisa
