Positive: The house is very clean and minimalist but has everything you need for a short stay. The bedding is comfortable. Air conditioning is a must during summer in Sevilla. Located in a quiet street and close to supermarket and restaurants. Old city is 20 minutes walking. Communication with the owner was very good. I recommend it!
