The beautiful house in Roda is situated on a quiet no through road which has its own parking space directly outside the garden gate. There is a small private garden and a shared private courtyard which is very suited for quiet BBQs with access at the far end to the quaint community pool.
On the first floor there is a private balcony overlooking the courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst reading the local newspaper.
