Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a route that includes approximately 14 stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by an awning. The garden is equipped with sofas, armchairs and wood benches, as well as with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room through an external access. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with five seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of October until the end of April. The wellness room is shared with guests staying at another nearby apartment. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.

The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a wood bench. The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
