Positive: Location is great in the city center, 10 minutes work to the pretty places and sea. Flat is very small, but it is okay, for 2 not tall girls :) if you have tall people to stay with you, better to check another place. Also, important note: the price for place is fair and cheap on the booking, but fee ( written with tiny letters) is high. We have flat for 38 euro and 32!!! Euro fees.
Negative: Clean but OLD bad sheets and towels. It is really making not the best impression, so our kind advise for the host - change it to the new one :) handle in shower and pipes are pretty old and have rust, so you kinda not feeling yourself comfortable . All of it can be fixed without big investment. And it will high the rate on the booking from people for sure. Also, it is very noisy from the street at night. For me it was not critical, but my friend was not sleeping well cause of that.
Summary: Changes from host required. So far- can not recommend.
