This first-floor apartment occupies the 1st floor of a contemporary building in a quiet part of Losone, just a short drive from Ascona on the shores of Lake Maggiore. It offers an ideal holiday base for people who want to get out into nature, for hiking or biking, or golf in Losone and Ascona. Access is via an outdoor staircase up to the front door, which opens onto the first-floor living space. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The open-plan living area is flooded with sunlight thanks to several windows and French windows which lead out to a private balcony on the south face, and a private garden on the north. A café-style table and chairs on the balcony invite guests to relax outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
