Positive: The accommodation is in a great location. If you rent a car, you can explore the whole island from here, and there is plenty to see in the surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host is very kind and attentive. During long stays, towels and bed linen are changed (we didn't need the latter). The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We had the huge terrace all to ourselves, which we mainly used in the mornings.
Negative: I think that this accommodation is not objectively a 9-10 out of 10, because: it is very old school :-), it has a few drawbacks, such as stairs that are very uncomfortable for tall people like us, the shower stall was very cramped for us, the beds slide apart, etc., but in terms of value for money, it is unbeatable because it is huge, spacious, and fully equipped, with a very nice host. If you are satisfied with simplicity and good value for money is important to you, then this accommodation will be perfect for you.
