Casa Helios is a modern, 2 room, detached single family house (approx. 75m2), which includes a private terrace, lawn area (approx. 100m2), outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor sauna and a grill.
Casa Helios is situated in quiet Orselina, just above Locarno, in a sunny location with a lot of privacy. The house is on one floor and is characterized by its position and the wonderful view of the valley, Lake Maggiore, and the mountains in the distance. The house is fenced all around. The bus stop to Locarno, Ascona or Brissago is about a 10 minute walk.
Casa Helios has a garden grill (please remember to bring your own wood or charcoal), as well as a jacuzzi (renewed in 2021), and a sauna (newly installed in 2021), all for your own private enjoyment, all year round!
Please note: The jacuzzi is heated and in operation all year round, the sauna may also be used all year round. Operating instructions, handling and brief instructions can be found inside the house. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN USING THE SAUNA AND JACUZZI.
Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons (for example parents with 2 children).
Room layout: open plan living room with large dining area and exit to the terrace, an open bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 separate beds, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a dressing room with washing machine.
Please note: the master bedroom with double bed is OPEN to the dining and living area.
One dog or 2 small dogs are allowed in Casa Helios.
Smoking is not allowed in Casa Helios. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden.
Casa Helios includes one covered parking space. The house is situated above the covered parking with a few stairs up to the house. Additional public parking spaces are in the surrounding area.
Please note: A parking space for additional cars is NOT guaranteed, as the parking spaces are in public parking zones.
Casa Helios is fully equipped with, amongst others: Flat screen TV, Swisscom digital TV, satellite receiver or Bluewin TV (incl. all German speaking channels), DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.
Please note: Soap, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Thank you!
