Casa Gibigiana is part of a villa overlooking the Addaura sea. The villa is located in the upper part of a slope overlooking the Addaura seafront with Monte Pellegrino behind it: the presence of the mountain brings hours of shade to the terrace of the house.
The house comes with a large terrace furnished with sofas, rocking chair, table and chairs. From the terrace you can access the built-in kitchen, very characteristic and made particular by its typical Sicilian ceramic floor, the first double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. On the other side of the terrace you access the second double bedroom.
Both rooms and the terrace overlook the sea and the name of the house, the “gibigiana”, refers to the sunlight reflecting on the water. The house is very cool thanks to its location and the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. In the lower part of the house you will also find a furnished garden and barbecue facilities for dinners with friends.
The house also has a dedicated access to the sea, shared with the other surrounding villas, a natural ladder that leads to a the rocks of the Addaura to enjoy a refreshing dip in the water.
