The house is an oasis in the center of Oaxaca. It is a complete house that preserves its original facade to maintain its rustic colonial spirit.

The house features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a great garden and heated swimming pool, a kitchen equipped with top-quality appliances and dishes, a private garden, a laundry center, and parking for two cars.
The house is strategically located in the center of Oaxaca, one and a half blocks from the Holiday Inn Express Oaxaca hotel, half a block away from the picturesque park “Jardín Conzatti” and one block from the largest park in the city “El Llano”. It allows you to get to know the historic center on foot or by bicycle, for example, the Ex Convent of Santo Domingo is a 12-minute walk away. The best restaurants, bars, museums, churches and places of interest are just a few blocks away.
